We work with bodies that are carrying a lot.

The accumulation that settles into the shoulders, the jaw, and the lower back, and doesn't shift on its own. The kind that builds quietly across long workdays, caregiving, pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing weight of keeping everything running.

This is a space where some of that gets to be put down for a while.

How we work

Our approach is technically grounded and relationally held. Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day. Sometimes targeted and precise, sometimes slower and more expansive.

Always attentive to what's not being said as much as what is.
