  • Yes. Pregnancy massage is safe throughout all stages of pregnancy when provided by a qualified therapist.

Monica is a certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist, trained with Pregnancy Massage Australia.

BLOOM is designed specifically for pregnant bodies, with positioning, support, and treatment tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Sessions can help ease lower back pain, hip tension, swelling, poor sleep, headaches, and the general physical load that can come with growing a baby.

Some people come because they’re uncomfortable. Others come because it’s the first time all week they’ve had space to properly exhale. Both are welcome here.

  • RESTORE is a remedial treatment focused on specific areas of pain, tension, restriction, or overload. It includes assessment, targeted treatment, and a more clinical approach where needed. Private health rebates are available.

EXHALE is slower, broader, and more restorative. The focus is less about fixing one particular issue and more about helping your whole system soften a little. Many clients choose EXHALE when they feel physically depleted, mentally overloaded, or simply need time to reconnect with themselves.

You don’t need to know which one is “right” before booking. Treatments are always tailored to the person on the table.

  • Yes. SOFTEN was created specifically for people carrying stress and tension through the jaw, face, neck, and head.

Treatment may include massage inside the mouth (intraoral release), along with focused work through the jaw, scalp, neck, and surrounding muscles. Many clients seek this treatment for clenching, grinding, headaches, facial tension, or that constant feeling of holding everything in their jaw.

Intraoral massage can sound a little confronting at first, but it’s always explained clearly, performed gently, and only included with your consent.

Private Health Rebates are available for this treatment.

  • Private health rebates are available for remedial treatments, including pregnancy, postpartum, and TMJ/Jaw Release treatments, depending on your level of extras cover.

You’ll receive a receipt after your appointment to submit directly to your health fund for reimbursement.
