Purchasing a gift voucher

Appointments are being booked weeks in advance right now, so new gift vouchers are temporarily on hold.

We want to make sure anyone who receives one can actually get in within a reasonable timeframe. I'll reopen them again soon.

Redeeming a gift voucher

  • Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

    Validity Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

    Using Your Voucher Vouchers can be used for any treatment of equal value, including relaxation, remedial, or pregnancy massage. You are welcome to upgrade by paying the difference. If your treatment costs more than the remaining voucher balance, you can pay the difference using standard payment methods. More than one voucher can be used for a single appointment.

    Purchasing & Delivery E-gift vouchers are delivered by email with a link to a printable PDF. Vouchers are sent immediately after purchase. If you would like to delay delivery, select "Email to You" at checkout and forward it to the recipient at a time that suits you.

    How to Redeem Visit www.restoredwithmon.com.au and make a booking. Include your voucher code in the comments section when scheduling. Vouchers must be presented at or before your appointment to be applied. All bookings are subject to availability.

    Lost or Misplaced Vouchers If your voucher has been lost, misplaced, or stolen, contact me with your email address, tax receipt, or original order number. If the voucher has not been redeemed, I will do my best to retrieve it. Vouchers that have already been redeemed cannot be replaced.

    Promotion & Discounts Vouchers cannot be used in combination with promotional offers, special pricing, or discounts, or exchanged for cash, credit, or another voucher.
